Bob Girton

Bob Girton is the founder of August Grace Advisory, LLC, a Cleveland-based firm serving industries that build what comes next. He has spent two decades in specialty chemicals and advanced materials, much of it in private equity working alongside management teams. Bob also leads the U.S. Critical Chemistry Coalition and chairs the Dean's Advisory Council at the University of Akron College of Business. He writes Curiously Optimistic, an open research notebook on chemicals, materials, growth, effective teams, and AI in industrial businesses. Bob is a member of the Leadership Ohio Class of 2023.
