Chad Downing is Principal of Downing Community Advisors, a family-owned Ohio consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, economic development, redevelopment, and public-private partnerships. Through the firm, he serves as Executive Director of the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation, leading community revitalization and economic development initiatives. Chad is Vice President of the Ohio Conference of Community Development, President-Elect of the Wittenberg University Alumni Association Board, and a board member of Conscious Connect CDC and Friends of Aullwood Audubon. He also serves as a Community Advisor to The Columbus Dispatch editorial board. Chad is a 2013 graduate of Wittenberg University and a member of the Leadership Ohio Class of 2023.
