Chrissy Myers is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and community leader dedicated to strengthening businesses and the communities they serve. As CEO of AUI and ClarityHR, she leads two organizations focused on helping businesses navigate the complexities of employee benefits, human resources, and organizational growth.

Chrissy is the author of Reluctantly Resilient and co-host of The Business Fix podcast, where she shares practical insights on leadership, entrepreneurship, and resilience.

A proud Leadership Ohio alumna, Chrissy is passionate about civic engagement and creating meaningful impact. She serves as Chairwoman of the Ohioana Library Association, and a board member of Goodwill Industries of Akron and the Greater Akron Chamber.  Through her business leadership, writing, and community involvement, Chrissy champions the belief that successful leadership is about more than building strong organizations; it's about creating opportunities for others to thrive.
