Jocelyn Lowe

Jocelyn Lowe is Chief of Staff at the Ohio Department of Public Safety, overseeing Ohio Homeland Security, the Ohio Investigative Unit, the Ohio Narcotics Intelligence Center and several other offices. She joined the department in 2023 as Chief Legal Counsel and served as Chief Operating Officer before her appointment in June 2026. Lowe’s public service also includes senior legal roles at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
