Joe Huber

President and CEO, Cincinnati Development Fund

Joe Huber is President and CEO of the Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF), a Community Development Financial Institution. With three decades of experience in community lending and commercial banking, he previously served CDF as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Lending Officer. Joe leads CDF's place-based financing strategies, which support mixed-use, mixed-income neighborhoods and nonprofit organizations through collaboration with financial partners, community leaders, and stakeholders across Greater Cincinnati. A member of the Leadership Ohio Class of 2024, Joe lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Christina, and their three daughters, and enjoys playing music and tennis.
