Katina Stone-Jones

Katina Stone-Jones is Acting Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System. She began her career as a licensed social worker at the Dayton VA Medical Center and went on to lead social work, quality and patient safety, and mental health residential programs, with interim leadership roles at the Cincinnati and Dayton VA medical centers. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she received the 2024 VA ACHE Regent’s High Reliability Organization Achievement Award and holds a master’s degree in social work administration from the University of Cincinnati.
