Veronica Cardello is Assistant Vice President of External Engagement for Ohio REALTORS®, where she leads initiatives in housing policy, community development, economic development, and advocacy. Her work builds partnerships among REALTORS®, local governments, and community organizations to advance practical solutions to Ohio's housing challenges, including housing affordability, zoning reform, and community revitalization. A member of the Leadership Ohio Class of 2025, Veronica believes meaningful progress happens through collaboration and enjoys bringing diverse perspectives together to tackle complex challenges across Ohio.
