Andrew Mangels is the Director of Porter Public Library in Westlake, OH, a suburb of Cleveland. Andrew, his wife Christine and three children moved to Westlake in 2007 from Kansas City, Missouri. Since arriving in Westlake, Andrew has been involved and engaged in many community activities and organizations such as Kiwanis and Rotary as well as serving on the Boards of Connecting for Kids (serving families with a concern about their child's development) and the Carolyn L. Farrell Foundation, an organization that helps individuals and families experience Alzheimers and Dementia related illness. Andrew is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Ohio and joined the Board in 2019.
