Chad Hoffman is the President/CEO of Richwood Bank. He is a CPA and graduate of Ohio Northern University with a degree in finance/accounting. He earned a green belt in Six Sigma and Lean from Villanova University.

He started his tenure with the bank in 1994 and has been a loan officer, IT manager, teller, bookkeeper, controller, and CFO. When he began there were 24 team members, and $68 million in assets. Today there are 210 team members, and the bank has assets over $1.2 billion.

As third generation president of a bank with more than 150 years of history, his vision to redefine the community banking model through unique customer experiences and value-added service lines has positioned Richwood Bank as a leader in the communities they serve.

His focus on employee loyalty led to eleven consecutive years of best workplace honors in the State of Ohio and four years with national recognition.

He enjoys spending time with his family including solving escape rooms, playing volleyball, or scuba diving near tropical coral reefs. He is also a LEGO fanatic.
