Neethi Johnson is a Vice President of Digital Partnerships & Strategy at JPMorgan Chase in New York. She serves as a product manager interfacing with Fintechs including popular money movement and personal finance management apps like PayPal, Venmo, Credit Karma, etc.

Neethi also serves as a Director of Arcbridge Capital, the investment advisor to the Johnson family office, where she is a second-generation family member. Arcbridge principally invests in controlling positions in US healthcare services including mental health and substance abuse treatment as well as inpatient hospitals. Neethi previously worked as Director of Business Development in one of the portfolio companies, Access Ohio, which is Ohio’s largest independently-owned mental and behavioral healthcare agency.

Neethi is a double graduate of The Ohio State University, with both undergraduate and MBA. She has been named to Columbus Business First’s 2022 ‘40 Under 40’ and Columbus CEO’s ‘Future 50’ list. She has also been awarded the prestigious “William Oxley Thompson” young alumni award for her career and civic achievement. She currently serves as President on the board of Student Success Stores, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing hygiene items, school supplies, food, and clothing to students in need.

Neethi was born in India and grew up in Dublin, Ireland before moving to the United States with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring Columbus.
