2018 Class has early introduction to 2018 MOV Entrepreneur of the Year
Leadership Ohio Class 2018 already was aware of the great leadership story of Linday Biehl, President/Owner of Wildroot Flower Farm when she was recently announced as the 2018 Mid-Ohio Valley Entrepreneur of the Year. The class joined her at the farm in June where she broadened their perspective and context about leadership and the defining questions that she navigates daily and which shape her business operations. Wildroot is located on 27 acres in the rolling hills of southeast Ohio. They grow specialty cut flowers, using sustainable growing techniques. The farm offers it flowers though seasonal CSAs, local farmer’s markets, or custom design services. In addition, it offers workshops and holiday design services. Wildroot is a working farm. #wildrootflowers
