Nichelle Harris

Nichelle Harris is the Program Manager for Leadership Ohio, bringing over 30 years of experience in nonprofit management. Her expertise encompasses facilitation, event planning, grant writing, and project management.
Harris is the founder and principal consultant for Ten Speed Consulting, a small consulting firm that increases the capacity of small nonprofits through project support. Before that, she served as the Executive Director of the Ohio Afterschool Network, where she connected and supported hundreds of Out-Of-School Time professionals across the state. She has also previously served in a variety of leadership positions within many community-based organizations, including the YMCA, the YWCA, and the Marysville Exempted Village School District. A Leadership Ohio alumnus (Class of 2021), Harris is also a graduate of the C.S. Mott Foundation White-Riley-Peterson Policy Fellowship and the National Afterschool Association Emotional Intelligence Fellowship.
Beyond her professional work, Harris is actively involved in the Central Ohio cycling community, with a strong passion for cycling advocacy and education. She currently serves on the boards of Bikes for All People and Yay!Bikes. Harris is also a seasoned educator, holding a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University.
